You enter your website address and we read your pages. You can also paste text, upload .txt, .md or .pdf files, and add your own question-and-answer pairs, which always take priority.

It's told to answer only from your content and to say "I don't know" when the answer isn't there, then offer a contact form. Like any AI it can still get something wrong, so you can read every conversation and add a Q&A pair to correct an answer.

Paste one script tag into your site. The dashboard has short guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and plain HTML, and a button that checks the chat is installed.

One visitor question answered by AI. Answers from your own Q&A pairs and repeated answers count too. "I don't know" replies, requests to talk to a person, and questions in the homepage demo don't count.

We email you at 80% and 100%. At 100% the chat stops answering with AI and shows the contact form instead, so your site never breaks. You can upgrade anytime.

The bot replies in your visitor's language, even when your website is in another one. The dashboard is in English.

There's no live chat. When a visitor asks for a person, or the bot can't answer, it offers a short form for their name, email and question. You get an email and see the lead in your dashboard.

Starter: you re-crawl with one click when you like. Pro: automatically every week. Business: automatically every day. Pages that didn't change aren't processed again.

Every plan shows leads in the dashboard and emails you each one. CSV export is included from the Pro plan up.

Answers are written by Claude Haiku 5.5 from Anthropic. Your content is searched with OpenAI's text-embedding-3-small. Both work for us as data processors.

Visitors are anonymous: the chat keeps a random id, and an email only when they fill in the contact form. Conversations are kept for 12 months by default, and you can delete conversations, leads or a whole bot anytime. See our privacy policy and data processing note.

Pages that only show their text with JavaScript are marked in the dashboard. Until we can read them, paste their text or upload a file instead.

Cancel anytime in the billing portal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds. Polar handles payments, invoices and sales tax as our merchant of record.

The demo bot and everything in it are deleted 24 hours after you start it. If you sign up in the same browser, the demo becomes your first bot instead, with its pages already read.
